Before you ask
Do we need to replace our equipment?
No. We work with what you have. If something is end-of-life or unsafe, the audit says so and explains the risk; replacing it is your decision.
Is it only for Cisco networks?
Cisco and Meraki are where we are deepest, and most of the tooling is built around them. Mixed networks are fine: tell us what you run and we'll say up front what we can cover.
What access do you need for the audit?
A read-only login on your network devices and one small monitoring box or VPN path on site. The audit changes nothing on your network.
Where does our data go?
Device configurations are collected to a system under our control, encrypted in transit, and never shared. Credentials are stored separately from configs and never in reports.
Can you come onsite?
Yes. We're based in Willemstad. Manage includes an onsite day every quarter and Assure every month; extra visits are billed by the hour.
What if we already have an IT person?
Good — we work alongside them. They keep the PCs and users; we take the network and security layer they rarely have time for.
